01Bidirectional Ultimate Sealing: The mainstream configuration consists of a main lip + dust-proof auxiliary lip + labyrinth structure. The main lip is built-in with a stainless steel tension spring to dynamically compensate for shaft runout and prevent grease/gear oil leakage (low leakage ≤ 0.1g/h). The auxiliary lip + labyrinth structure with reflow grooves can isolate over 99% of dust, sand and rainwater; some models are equipped with magnetic oil plugs to adsorb metal abrasive particles and protect bearings.
Full Adaptability to Heavy-Duty Conditions: Featuring cold-rolled steel plate/stainless steel framework + HNBR/FKM sealing lips, it withstands a temperature range of -40℃~150℃, pressure ≤ 0.3MPa and wheel axle speed ≤ 3000r/min. It maintains stable sealing performance in scenarios such as mountain-road heavy loading, frequent start-stops and winter de-icing agent corrosion.
Durable, Wear-Resistant & Self-Compensating: Uniform lip pressure ensures a wear rate ≤ 0.02mm per 10,000 km, with a service life ≥ 100,000 km under standard conditions; maintenance-free models boast a service life of over 1.6 million km. The spring automatically compensates for lip wear and adapts to minor radial/axial shaft runout, while the fully rubber-coated framework prevents leakage at the mounting surface.
Low Friction & Installation-Friendly: The low-torque lip design reduces shaft wear and temperature rise, cutting down energy consumption. Press-fit/cassette/guide-entry designs enable quick installation; some models come with positioning buffer blocks to avoid assembly deviation and shaft surface damage.
Safety & System Compatibility: It prevents lubrication failure and contaminant intrusion, avoiding bearing seizure, wheel-end abnormal noise and other faults. It can be integrated with central tire inflation and deflation systems, and is compatible with disc/drum brakes as well as high-speed operating conditions of new energy commercial vehicles.
