Crankshaft Shaft Seal
The crankshaft shaft seal is a core sealing component within the engine. Employing a metal skeleton combined with a rubber composite structure (such as fluororubber/NBR), it achieves dynamic sealing of the crankshaft through spring preload. This effectively prevents engine oil leakage and the ingress of external contaminants, ensuring the stable operation of the engine's lubrication system. 1. Dual-seal functionality: The primary lip prevents oil leakage, while the dust lip blocks dust ingress, forming a dual-protection barrier. 2. Adaptive compensation: The spring ring provides continuous radial pressure, compensating for journal wear and eccentric vibration. Inner diameter range: 15mm (micro-engines) to 1500mm (large industrial equipment) Outer Diameter Tolerance: Controlled per ISO 6194-1 standard, interference fit design Thickness Specifications: 6.35mm (standard type) to 18.5mm (heavy-duty composite seal)
功能特点
011. High-Speed Adaptability: Supports 3000rpm-100000rpm speeds with excellent dynamic lip tracking.
2. Modular design: Available as single-piece or assembled types, compatible with front/rear crankshaft mounting positions.
Product Superiority
021. High reliability: Triple-lip structure (primary seal + dust shield + auxiliary lip) minimises leakage risk.
2. Energy efficiency: PTFE coating reduces friction torque.
3. Long-life design: Materials exhibit wear resistance, high-temperature tolerance, and ageing resistance.
