What is it like to
work at ZOK?
For the past three years at ZOK, my daily task has been operating the vulcanising machine. My trusty companion not only regulates temperature and pressure with precision but also prevents human error through its automatic alarm system. What once took half an hour to record manually now generates a comprehensive report in just five minutes with a few taps on the touchscreen—this efficiency frees me to focus more on process optimisation.
What truly moves me in the workshop is the camaraderie among colleagues: Old Wang always lends a hand when I'm moving moulds, and when newcomer Zhang struggles with the controls, our team leader takes turns demonstrating the process for us. The ventilation system upgraded last year has also made summer operations far more comfortable. This commitment to employee wellbeing gives us greater confidence in our work. If ZOK is like a vulcanising machine, then every employee is an indispensable bolt, tightly interlocked under the test of temperature and pressure.

I have been with ZOK for five years, primarily responsible for organising and managing all warehouse operations, coordinating interdepartmental affairs, and ensuring the communication and execution of tasks assigned by senior management. I also oversee the training and enhancement of warehouse personnel's conduct standards and operational efficiency. The warehouse must be maintained in a tidy, orderly, clean, hygienic state with goods arranged rationally. Keep safety passageways clear at all times; smoking, open flames, and unauthorised personnel are strictly prohibited. Conduct security checks on doors, windows, and goods upon arrival and departure. All warehouse personnel must observe personal safety protocols. Goods require regular stocktaking, with absolute accuracy maintained throughout the inventory process. Disposal of obsolete goods must strictly follow procedures outlined in the "Scrap Authorisation Form". Prior to dispatch, shipping details must be retrieved from the system and verified against available stock levels. Pre-dispatch system operations must be completed, with subsequent tracking of logistics progress. All outbound shipments must strictly adhere to the authorised shipping documentation.

I've been with ZOK for four years now, primarily responsible for final inspections of components and compiling quality reports. Previously, using calipers for spot checks meant inspecting ten parts took half an hour. Now, conducting full inspections takes just five minutes – last month during the customer audit, we were even praised as a "zero-defect workshop". The meticulous attention to detail among colleagues is truly admirable. I recall one instance where we discovered minor surface scratches on a batch. The Quality Department convened an emergency analysis meeting that very night. This dedication to detail makes me feel that ZOK's logo isn't merely stamped on our parts—it's etched into the heart of every employee.
