Founded in 2006, ZOK has been dedicated to providing high-end customized sealing solutions for the global market, with a particular focus on China, Europe and North America. We have deeply rooted ourselves in the oil seal sector, covering a diverse range of industries including the automotive industry (including new energy applications featuring high speed and low torque), oil seals for core robot components, agricultural machinery and engineering machinery, as well as various multi-stage magnetic encoders for automobiles and robot code discs.
By integrating R&D, design simulation, precision mold processing, full-process production technology, strict quality inspection systems, and continuous investment in upgrading automated equipment, we have built a complete intelligent manufacturing closed loop.

2006

Haining Zhongteng Auto Bearing Parts Factory was officially founded, kicking off its journey of specialized auto bearing parts manufacturing.

2008

quality management system certification, laying the groundwork for subsequent technological upgrades.
Officially renamed Haining Zhongteng Automotive Seals Co., Ltd., it marked the company’s strategic transformation from bearing components to the automotive seals sector and obtained ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System certification the same year.

2014

Phase I of the new plant operational; production capacity surges.

2015

uthoritative certifications secured! The company has passed ISO/TS16949 (TÜV certified), been named Provincial High-tech Enterprise and Municipal Engineering Technology Center, and obtained National Level-3 Work Safety Standardization Certification, demonstrating strong capabilities in quality management, technology innovation and work safety.

2016

Zhejiang Zhongteng Automotive Seals Co., Ltd. (post-renaming) achieved major breakthroughs: it completed its renaming and was recognized as a National High-tech Enterprise.
In the same period, it established Haining Tianteng Hardware Co., Ltd. to expand the industrial chain; the Phase II of the new factory was completed and put into operation, significantly improving the synergistic efficiency of technological R&D and large-scale production.

2018

We have successfully passed the comprehensive audit of IATF 16949 Automotive Quality Management System by TÜV, marking that our quality management capability meets the international access standards for the automotive supply chain.

2020

The company fully implemented fine-grained management, integrated its R&D system, improved the talent development mechanism, upgraded intelligent equipment and realized intelligent error-proofing for key processes. It successfully obtained the Zhejiang Manufacturing "Pin" Mark Certification, further enhancing its industrial voice and technological influence.

2021

Shanteng Automotive Sealing Systems (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. was officially established. In the same year, Zhongteng was honored with both the Zhejiang Provincial R&D Center for High-tech Enterprises and Zhejiang Provincial "Specialized, Refined, Differential and Innovative" SME titles, achieved sales revenue exceeding 90 million RMB, with OEM products accounting for over 50% of the total.

2022

We will continue to strengthen R&D investment and team building, deepen and expand strategic cooperation partnerships with well-known domestic and foreign automakers, and drive the high-quality development of the enterprise.

2023

The Phase I Intelligent Production Base of Shanteng Automotive Sealing Systems (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. was officially put into operation.

2024

Shanteng Automotive Sealing Systems (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. initiated the expansion project of its Phase II Intelligent Production Base. In the same period, it was recognized as a Zhejiang Provincial R&D Center for High-tech Enterprises and selected for Jiaxing City’s "Zero-Waste Factory" Model Enterprise List.

2025

Shanteng Automotive Sealing Systems (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. has been recognized as a Zhejiang Provincial "Specialized, Refined, Differential and Innovative" SME in recognition of its innovative strength.It has also made a strategic layout in the precision manufacturing sector, establishing Futeng Precision Components (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. and investing 100 million RMB in building a Future Factory.
