Agricultural machinery oil seals employ a dual-lip metal skeleton structure, with the primary lip preventing oil leakage and the secondary lip blocking silt and debris. They are designed for extreme operating conditions in tractors, harvesters and similar equipment (withstanding 3,000 hours in slurry environments containing 15% solids). The core material comprises oil-resistant NBR/FKM rubber, supporting temperatures from -40°C to 150°C. 1. Structure: Reinforced with metal skeleton + self-tightening spring design. Primary lip interference fit of 0.3-0.6mm ensures dynamic sealing. 2. Protection: Secondary lip integrates with labyrinth-type oil reservoir chamber, effectively isolating dust (dust containment efficiency >95%). 3. Adaptability: Supports eccentricity compensation ±1.5°, accommodating agricultural machinery shaft vibration (radial runout ≤0.5mm).
