Robot Magnetic Encoder Disk
The Robot Magnetic Encoder Disk is a sensor that achieves high-precision position detection through magnetic field variations. By utilising an integrated magnetic encoder disc and magnetic-sensitive components (such as Hall sensors), it converts mechanical motion into electrical signals, providing real-time angular feedback for robotic joints. Its non-contact design ensures stable operation even in harsh environments such as dusty or oily conditions, making it widely applicable in industrial automation, collaborative robotics, and precision instrumentation. Comprising a magnetic ring (radially/axially magnetised), magnetic sensors (Hall elements or TMR), and signal processing circuitry, it converts magnetic field variations into digital signals (e.g., ABZ incremental or SSI absolute outputs). Its non-contact structure eliminates mechanical wear, making it particularly suitable for harsh environments with dust or oil contamination. Accuracy: ±0.05° to ±0.5°, with absolute encoders requiring no zero-return calibration. Protection rating: IP67, withstanding liquid and particulate ingress in industrial settings. Response speed: Dynamic latency ≤10μs, meeting high-speed servo control requirements. Interface types: Supports industrial communication protocols including CAN bus and RS-485.
功能特点
011. Anti-interference design: Automatic gain control (AGC) technology eliminates the impact of magnetic field fluctuations.
2. Modular installation: Off-axis design accommodates confined spaces without requiring precise alignment.
3. Dual Encoder Mode: Collaborative robot joints are typically equipped with dual encoders to enhance control stability.
